Tips

  1. How do I transfer an Open eBook to my eBook reader?
Visit the Device Resource Center for a list of compatible devices.
  2. My Open eBook opened in a browser window, what should I do?
If your eBook opened in a browser window, you can enjoy the eBook within your browser. To open an Open eBook in eBook software such as Adobe Digital Editions, you will need to follow the right-click method described under 'How to Download'.
  3. My Open eBook downloaded directly to Adobe Digital Editions on my computer, but when I closed out of the software the eBook was lost.
To make your Open eBook available in Adobe Digital Editions after closing the software, you will need to follow the right-click method described under 'How to Download'. Once you download the file, be sure to add the title to the Adobe Digital Editions library as described in the steps.
  4. I do not see the option in Adobe Digital Editions to return my Open eBook.
Open eBooks cannot be returned early. Only DRM-protected eBooks have this option.
